As a key member of the Executive team, based in Darra and reporting to the CEO, the Chief of Sales & Marketing will lead our Sales, Estimating, Business Development, and Marketing functions, driving growth, elevating customer experience, and delivering on VAE’s “Built-in Certainty” promise through a high-performing team.

Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Develop and execute national sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Develop in conjunction with CEO, sales strategy focussing on Construction projects – both wet concrete, existing building and retrofits
Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve revenue, margin, and market-share growth
Build and manage strategic partnerships and key customer relationships at C-suite level
Oversee brand, digital, and campaign initiatives to elevate VAE’s market presence
Use data-driven insights to drive pipeline management and sales excellence

Reporting to the Customer Account Manager and based in Winnellie Darwin, youwill be responsible for performing hands on complex maintenance to all HVAC systems and working on various ongoing and upcoming jobs in the NT region.

Further incentives may also be available for additional work outside of Darwin, servicing contracts in regional NT.

Your will report to the Technology Operations Manager and based in Sydney. As an BMS/Applications Engineer at VAE, you will work collaboratively within the Service and Project teams to design, implement, commission, and optimise building automation systems and integration platforms. Your focus will be on delivering high-performance solutions using DISTECH controllers within the Tridium Niagara framework, supporting systems across Building Management Systems (BMS), ICT networks, software development, cybersecurity, and mechanical/HVAC engineering.
