Reporting to the Executive Assistant and based in Darra, the Receptionist, as the first point of contact for our company, will manage reception and coordinate a range of general & diverse administrative functions for the Brisbane office.
Some of the key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Meet & greet clients, suppliers and guests as a first point of contact at 27 Bellwood Street Office
- Answer incoming telephone calls, directing as required
- Process travel, freight, uniform & business card requests
- Collect, distribute and deliver mail efficiently
- Order Stationery & office supplies for various offices
- Electronic File Management
- Assist the Executive Assistant with ad hoc administration tasks as required
- Act as a floating administration resource that can fill any gap (Accounts, Service, etc.)
- Maintain maintenance registers for premises & pass on reports to external stakeholders as required
