Our client, and building owner, Dexus understand the importance of Master Systems Integration and entrusted VAE to lead and manage a group of highly technical sub-contractors through the complex repositioning.
This initiative has provided substantial functional upgrades to the building by integrating advanced systems onto a high-speed, secure Integrated Communications Network (ICN), encompassing both existing and newly upgraded building services. All of which require a deep technical understanding of the systems themselves, their integration capabilities and technical project management to seamlessly bring all the pieces and people together.
VAE embraced a partnership model with all specialised technology subcontractors and by doing so were able to provide a reliable, integrated, and secure solution that just worked from day one. At VAE, we call that ‘Built in Certainty’!
Some of the technology solutions provided by either VAE or our sub-contractors were:
• Upgrading passive and active ICN infrastructure
• Enhancing the Building Management System
• Upgrading the access control system
• Upgrading the CCTV and intercom system
• Installing a new wireless Local Area Network
• Implementing a digital signage display system
• Implementing indoor environmental monitoring
• Implementing a people counting system
