Customer Account Manager – Mackay

Commercial HVAC Customer Account Manager Customer Service

Reporting to the Regional Manager – NQ & CQ, you will be responsible for managing a variety of customer accounts and a team of mechanical service technicians in the CQ region including Mackay, Rockhampton and Gladstone, ensuring all contractual requirements are delivered upon to a high standard. Some of key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing customer accounts and service delivery
  • Leading and managing a small team of field service technicians
  • Planning and overseeing job scheduling, resourcing, and performance
  • Achieving revenue, gross margin, and other financial targets
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Building strong, lasting customer relationships

Ideal candidates will have proven experience providing both excellent customer service and employee management within an HVAC&R Service environment, and;

  • Have strong communication and customer service skills
  • Display leadership qualities to effectively manage a team of HVAC&R tradespeople
  • Be conscientious, with an ability to manage both internal and external facing elements of their role
  • Financial literacy: interpreting budgets, forecasts, and trends
