Reporting to the Regional Manager – NQ & CQ, you will be responsible for managing a variety of customer accounts and a team of mechanical service technicians in the CQ region including Mackay, Rockhampton and Gladstone, ensuring all contractual requirements are delivered upon to a high standard. Some of key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing customer accounts and service delivery
- Leading and managing a small team of field service technicians
- Planning and overseeing job scheduling, resourcing, and performance
- Achieving revenue, gross margin, and other financial targets
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
- Building strong, lasting customer relationships
