Commercial HVAC Project Management Service Supervisor Technicians

Reporting to the Service Manager – Cairns and based in Cairns, the Service Projects Supervisorwill play a vital role in managing and leading Service Projects in the Cairns region to achieve optimum profitability whilst providing certainty to our customers, our employees and our sub-contractors. Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Complete projects on time and within budget, maximizing variations.
  • Provide monthly cost estimates, cash flow, and progress claims.
  • Assess risks, manage costs, and optimize project outcomes.
  • Review contracts, manage suppliers, and ensure compliance.
  • Assist with tenders, evaluate specs, and follow up on pricing.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and support project success.
  • Oversee daily activities, site operations, and work schedules.
  • Provide monthly cost estimates, cash flow, and progress claims
  • Provide technical and business support to team members
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers

AirCon & Refrigeration Technician – Darwin

Reporting to the Customer Account Manager and based in Winnellie Darwin, youwill be responsible for performing hands on complex maintenance to all HVAC systems and working on various ongoing and upcoming jobs in the NT region.

Further incentives may also be available for additional work outside of Darwin, servicing contracts in regional NT.

BMS Service Technician – Sydney & Brisbane

Positions available in both Sydney and Brisbane, the BMS Service Technician will be responsible for performing BMS service maintenance on multiple different platforms while utilising reports from the VAE Bureau to ensure the service maintenance delivers a targeted outcome for the customer.

Your will report to the Technology Operations Manager and based in Sydney. As an BMS/Applications Engineer at VAE, you will work collaboratively within the Service and Project teams to design, implement, commission, and optimise building automation systems and integration platforms.
