Roger Jowett is a highly experienced business leader and Non-Executive Director (NED) at VAE Group, bringing a wealth of strategic, operational, and leadership expertise to the board. With a distinguished career spanning across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, Roger has led multiple successful business turnarounds, scale-ups, and M&A initiatives—consistently delivering value creation through operational excellence and high-performing teams. His leadership credentials are further underscored by a strong focus on safety management and organisational culture.
Before joining VAE, Roger held several senior executive roles, including CEO of Motion Asia Pacific and TSC Group, and COO of Signature Security. His early career included international roles with Chubb Electronic Security, where he progressed from Business Development Director in Europe to Managing Director roles in BENELUX and Australia. Roger holds an MBA from Henley Management College and has undertaken executive programs at Wharton, Stanford, and Oxford, reinforcing his expertise in innovation, governance, and leadership. Today, alongside his NED role at VAE, Roger also serves on several advisory boards and is a certified business coach and advisor.
