From construction through to our service and maintenance contract, VAE have been proudly involved with the PICAC (Plumbing Industry Climate Action Centre) building in Beenleigh. The centre is designed to deliver world-class training in the trade sectors of sanitary plumbing, fire protection and mechanical services (HVAC).
The centre focuses on the development of training in renewable hydrogen for the next generation of tradespersons in Queensland.
The facility accommodates 400 – 500 fire protection and plumbing apprentices, 100 mechanical services or HVAC apprentices and 100 pre-apprenticeship trainees.
Initially VAE were engaged to undertake the mechanical services on the new Beenleigh facility, and we are now providing the on-going Service and Maintenance for the HVAC in the facility.

VAE currently have 22 apprentices working throughout our branches in Queensland, and we look forward to a long-term relationship with PICAC helping to maintain the future for all apprentices.
