To reduce the cost of managing their buildings and to improve building performance, VAE was contracted by the Council to install an IELVS system. The system allows the council to manage and monitor their building portfolio. IELVS enables council employees to access all their buildings in the portfolio, and mange them through the monitoring and control of all building service components.

The analytical functions built into the system enable efficient and quick fault rectification, fault prevention through data driven maintenance and a visual interaction to track the progress of assets and its performance. Data driven maintenance has been a key Moreton Bay Regional Council objective, ensuring their money is used effectively for maintenance and fault rectification.
