VAE were engaged to initially provide HVAC commissioning management and witness testing for Leighton Asia’s local contractors. Due to VAE’s depth of knowledge, this role then evolved into VAE providing not only HVAC commissioning assistance, but also Electrical and BMS professionals on site together with general services coordination. The daily role on site involved management of local contractors, defect identification and resolution, commissioning review and assistance and coordinating of other trades to ensure successful sign off and completion for our client and the stakeholders.
VAE still have labour on site now assisting Leighton Asia in the close out of remaining defects and incomplete works.
