VAE Group’s commitment to developing the next generation of HVAC and mechanical engineering specialists continues. Recently hosting our very own in-house Year 2 block course for our apprentices at our Christchurch fabrication shop. The hands-on training covered a wide range of welding types and skills, scaffolding competencies, and essential knowledge on seismic elements for building services—aligning perfectly with our expertise in prefabricated modular constructions and seismic building capability.

It was truly inspiring to see the progress and passion from this talented team of young apprentices as they build skills for high-performance commercial HVAC solutions across New Zealand and beyond. At VAE, we’re proud to invest in apprenticeship programs that drive efficiency, innovation, and “Built in Certainty.”
