VAE’s employee Benefits Expo was held on Thursday, 6th November at the Bellwood Car Park, bringing together staff from across our Bellwood and Sudbury sites for a morning of connection, learning, and fun. The event gave employees the opportunity to meet directly with our key benefit partners — including Medibank, CommBank, Westpac, Templeton/MLC, Drake Wellbeing and VAE’s own HSEQ/HR team — to explore the full range of health, financial, and wellbeing support available to our people.
The day kicked off with a BBQ breakfast and Toolbox Talk for technicians, followed by dedicated expo sessions for Sudbury and Bellwood staff. A company-wide update brought everyone together to celebrate achievements and share what’s ahead for the team.
With giveaways, prizes, and plenty of orange spirit, the Benefits Expo was a great reminder of VAE’s commitment to investing in our people — ensuring everyone has access to the tools, information, and support they need to thrive both at work and beyond.
