Last week, our Head Office in Brisbane was buzzing with energy as apprentices from various offices across Australia came together for two days of intensive in-house apprenticeship training. This national gathering was all about growing technical skills, sharing knowledge, improving life skills and strengthening connections within our future HVAC leaders.

From hands-on learning to team-building activities, it was an opportunity for our apprentices to tap into the expertise of VAE’s senior technicians, engineers, and trainers — gaining insights they’ll carry with them throughout their careers.

The 2 day agenda included special guest appearances from some of our business partners from life skills with Westpac on Financial Literacy, Tool Safety and Maintenance from Milwaukee and workshop support from Actrol.
