As Technology Integrator, VAE led the integration of key building systems through a secure, high-speed digital backbone. Across the building, integrated technologies including people-counting, biometric access and smart lockers contribute to a safe, comfortable and efficient environment, while upgraded wellness spaces and end-of-trip facilities enhance the overall occupant experience.

By connecting front-of-house experiences with the critical infrastructure that supports day-to-day operations, VAE helped deliver a smart building solution designed for both current performance and future adaptability.
