Developed by Charter Hall and Investa, and built by Hutchinson Builders (Hutchies), the building includes more than 45,000sqm of office space across 33 levels, with high-quality End-Of-Trip (EOT) facilities, arrival experiences, integrated business hub and wellness centre facilities, mixed-mode wintergardens and landscaped terraces.
Designed to create a new benchmark in workplace experience, the building targets 6 Star Green Star, 5 Star NABERS (National Australian Built Environment Rating System) and WELL Platinum Certification, with a focus on wellness, sustainability, technology and operational performance.
The Integrated Building Platform (IBP) brings together Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), lighting, metering, access control, fire, CCTV, Wi-Fi, vertical transport, Electric Vehicle (EV) charging, hydraulics, waste, digital signage, and smart locker systems into a single operational interface, creating an open, future-ready digital building ecosystem.
