The VAE work crew have started to land critical plant room pumps and chillers for Hutchinson Builders 205 North Quay project on level 30. Prefabricated pump skids made in-house by Paragon Plumbing arrived only days after the concrete slab pour, keeping up with the structure. Fit-off on upper floors is continuing with commissioning on the lower floors already underway.

The level 30 plantroom contains the central chilled water plant that services the buildings HVAC systems.
