The striking new building features a curved, 25-metre-high frontage to Vernon Circle, double-height corridor, and textured louvre screen. Developed across two connected buildings, the 34,000sqm commercial office building with rooftop solar panels and a highly efficient glazing system will be targeting 5 Star GreenStar rating and 5 Star NABERS Energy ratings. VAE have been contracted on a Design and Construction basis following the successful completion of the early works contract for the One City Hill carpark.
